Women in business know, it takes strength, perseverance, and patience to survive not only in the technology industry, but in any industry. I think it is a great idea to start appealing to younger female audiences and educating them not only about the technology field, but educating them on how to overcome many of the barriers women have faced when trying to grow as a professional in a male-dominated workforce.
